Stansbury Park Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) controls and enforces the Stansbury Park Protective Land Use Covenants or CC&R's. Prior to the commencement of any excavations, construction or remodeling or additions to any structure, plans must first be filed with the ACC. The ACC has the right to refuse approval of plans or specifications which, in its opinion, is not desirable or in harmony with the surroundings and adjacent properties. Some of the projects that first need ACC approval include: Fences, decks, sheds, home additions.
If your residence is not located in the SPCA ACC Enforcement Area, you will need to contact your own Home Owners Association for rules and applications.
