Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee oversees and enforces the CC&R's for the Stansbury Village Subdivision. The ACC also has the power to approve or disapprove building and construction on lots within its boundaries. Click here for enforcement area.

You can still refer all building plans to the SPCA Board who can approve building plans. Please refer to the CC&R's and complete an ACC Application for Plan Approval before submitting plans.
